FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for spraying liquids of nutrient solutions and other liquid chemical media, for example, liquid complex fertilizers, for their introduction into soil during cultivation of grain crops. Rotating needle sprayer comprises a bearing support with a spider made in the center of its length. In bearings located in bearing support and fixed by means of nuts and washers, an axis is installed, and on its threaded part L=100 mm on length H=60 mm, the impeller is fixed by means of nuts, the lower base does not extend beyond the length l=45 mm of the threaded lower bushing. At the end of the threaded part of the L axis, a needle sprayer is fixed by means of nuts and washers, made in the form of two eight-needle disks, the latter are arranged through 4 mm thick spacer with disks shifted in plane equal to half the pitch between pins fitted on said disks. Assembled bearing support is installed and fixed by means of a crosspiece between the upper and lower threaded bushings, which are screwed into the connecting coupling. Liquid mineral fertilizers are supplied to the needle sprayer through the feeding tube.
EFFECT: increased uniformity of coating of underlying surface with liquid mineral fertilizers.
