FIELD: cleaning of liquid media. SUBSTANCE: the device has permanent magnets located in a nonferromagnetic body in two groups, each containing at least three permanent magnets, and a fastener made for forming a running clearance between the permanent magnets and location of nonferromagnetic pipe-line in it. The permanent magnets are magnetized for direction of magnetic lines of force perpendicularly to the axis of the running clearance, and the value of magnetic induction in the running clearance between the middle magnets exceeds the value of magnetic induction between the extreme magnets by two times.
