FIELD: water purification. SUBSTANCE: method is destined for food industry and can be used in production of environmentally safe drinking water fit to be consumed with no additional home treatment (filtration, boiling), which meets drinking water quality standards and organoleptic characteristics. Method includes, conducted in magnetic field, settling and flocculation of liquid, filtration, cooling, and dispensing of flavor additives (if needed). Magnetic field is generated perpendicularly to stream of liquid with magnetic induction 50-80 mTl by means of at least three independent magnetic systems arranged at an angle to each other not greater than 90 C with successive alternation of polarity. Stream velocity is at least 0.9 m/min. EFFECT: improved quality of water. 2 dwg
