FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of permanent magnetic field directed perpendicularly to liquid flow at magnetic induction 20-80 mT. Field is formed by at least three independent magnetic system arranged one to other at angle 90 degree (not above) at consequent polarity alternating. Water, alcohol and an aqueous-spirituous mixture flows were subjected for by magnetic field at flow rate 0.9 m/min, not less. Method can be used in liqueur-vodka and wine-vodka industry.
