UNIT FOR HYDROVACUUM TREATMENT OF WELL Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: unit is intended for cleaning and completion of wells, including oil and gas wells. Unit has string of pump-compressor pipes with shut-off and drain valve, packer, and filter with tail-piece located below packer. Positioned above packer is receiving chamber which is hydraulically connected with filter space through successively installed release valve and non-return valve. Introduced in string of pump-compressor pipes between receiving chamber and shut-off and drain valve are working fluid cleaning assembly and jet pump. Receiving chamber in its upper part has damping valve which isolates receiving chamber from space in upper part of string of pump-compressor pipes. Cleaning assembly has filter-settler with inlet tangential passages for coarse cleaning, and filtering pipe union for medium cleaning. Movable parts of packer and release valve in initial position are fixed by shear members. Receiving chamber is under atmospheric pressure. After installing packer, release valve operates, depression is created. Well liquid flows into receiving chamber and then is carried by jet pump to ground surface. Application of aforesaid embodiment of unit cuts time and improves quality of operations for cleaning and/or completion of well. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
