FIELD: locomotive engineering, shipbuilding, tractor and automobile building; diesel engine fuel devices. SUBSTANCE: nozzle has hollow body with conical seat, pre-orifice channel, orifice, fuel feed channel, needle travel limiter. It has also locking spring, needle with locking and cylindrical parts arranged in body space in tandem in direction of flow. Needle is arranged coaxially with orifice to form clearance between end face from locking part side and needle travel limiter. Flow swirlers are made in form of multiple-start cylindrical helical spring located on cylindrical part of needle or on pre-orifice channel surface. Outlet sections of multiple-start cylindrical spring are free to move in slots made on cylindrical part of needle or on surface of pre-orifice channel. In initial position coils of multiple-start cylindrical helical spring fit tightly to each other. EFFECT: improved fuel atomizing under any operating conditions of diesel engine owing to self-adjustment of fuel flow pressure at pre-orifice channel inlet. 6 dwg
