FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: pump has cylindrical vessel with openings in upper end and upper part of side surface for communicating intertubular space with pump receiver. Pump is disposed within cylindrical vessel so that pump grid is positioned above end of cylindrical vessel. Electric engine is disposed within cooling vessel with open bottom and openings in upper end and in side surface. Cooling vessel is positioned under pumping unit. Cooling and cylindrical vessels are provided with rings. Cylindrical vessel rings are provided with slots and positioned below openings in side surface of cylindrical vessel. Rings of cooling vessel are made continuous and positioned below openings in side surface of cooling vessel. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and reduced expenses for underground well repair works. 2 dwg
