FIELD: heat-power engineering; heat power plants for heating rooms, buildings, structures and various industrial plants. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of air along surface having concavities and supply of heat-transfer agent along convexities, forming suction of air from flow in rear portion of each concavity in way of main flow, supply of fuel to air suction zone to concavity and forming local combustion zones in one or several stages in succession in way of flow alternating the combustion zones with heat-exchange zones. heat-exchange surface used for realization of proposed method includes spherical dimples located in parallel rows; spherical dimples of one several rows provided with fuel injectors located in rear portion of dimples over main flow; each row of dimples provided with injectors is followed by row of dimples without injectors. heat exchanger section includes stack of heat exchange surface with different arrangement of rows of spherical dimples with fuel injectors on opposite side. EFFECT: enhanced steadiness of combustion; enhanced reliability of flame and transfer of heat from heat-transfer agent. 7 cl, 4 dwg
