FIELD: radio engineering, measurement and test of parameters of radio radiation, determination of type of received signals and measurement of their frequency characteristics. SUBSTANCE: method of signal processing consists in computation of difference between readings of carrier frequency received and delayed by clock which arrive from meter of carrier frequency of radio pulse, in additional computation of first difference between second and first readings of frequency, of second difference between last and next to last readings of frequency, of third difference between first two differences, in determination of sign of this difference, in computation of fourth difference between last and first values of readings of frequency, in determination of sign of this difference. In this case value of fourth difference determines deviation of frequency in pulse and sign of this difference determines direction of retuning of carrier frequency in pulse. Value of third difference determines curvature and sign of this difference determines type ( convexity or concavity ) of function of law of retuning of frequency in pulse. Device to realize this method has carrier frequency meter and first register connected in series, amplitude detector which input is linked to input of carrier frequency meter and is input of device and clock pulse generator that is inserted with synchronization unit, second , third, fourth, fifth and sixth registers, first and second code subtracters, seventh, eighth and ninth registers, third and fourth code subtracters, connected in series. EFFECT: measurement of law of retuning of frequency in pulse in real time or close to real time with a priori uncertainty of parameters of frequency-modulated pulses. 2 cl, 6 dwg
