FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: process measuring electric resistance consists in transmission of electric current through measured resistance. First measurements of current and drop of voltage across measured resistance are taken and their values are used to find first value of resistance. After first measurement of current and drop of voltage current through measured resistance is changed by way of connection of additional resistance in series with measured one. Second measurement of current and drop of voltage across measured resistance are taken and their values are used to determine second value of resistance. Measured resistance is found by given formula with account of values of internal resistance of measuring device without additional resistance. EFFECT: widened functional capabilities. 1 dwg
