FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with method not only total resistance of current leak to ground is determined but leak resistances for each element of electric system. With this in mind a number of measurements of current leaks to ground and of total current of system are taken, system of equations is set up. Solutions of this system determines resistances of routes of current leaks to ground at each element of system. EFFECT: improved efficiency of testing of insulation of electric installations. 2 dwg
