FIELD: equipment designed for high-power electroacoustic action on productive pool of oil wells. SUBSTANCE: proposed acoustic converter has vibrators put on bearing rod, head, head band, elastic body which space is filled with acoustically contacting fluid and safety valve mounted in head. Safety valve has plunger and rigid body that houses plunger and sealing ring pressed against internal surface of rigid body by means of adjustment screw with longitudinal grooves and through hole. Middle part of plunger may be conical and extreme parts may be cylindrical which relation of diameters is equal 0.2-0.9. Plunger can have two cylindrical surfaces of equal diameters between which two conical surfaces are located. EFFECT: possibility of repair of damage to acoustic converter. 2 cl, 3 dwg
