FIELD: systems for acoustic irradiation of beds, for example, for intensified production of oil, water and other fluids from wells. SUBSTANCE: acoustic irradiator includes piezotransducers and sleeves arranged between them and secured to central rod, upper and lower heads, elastic casing filled with compensation liquid, fluid-tight electric current lead and contact device for cable tip, both placed in upper head. Irradiator has signal procession circuit having adder and signal converter; said circuit is connected by means of fluid-tight electric current lead, single-core cargo carrying geophysic cable with ground equipment. Piezotransducers are made of longitudinally polarized, electrically connected in parallel piezoceramic washers. At least two piezoceramic washers may operate as pressure pickup electrically connected with circuit for signal procession. EFFECT: possibility for accurate continuous tuning of piezoceramic transducers to maximum admissible acoustic pressure at working process, enhanced comfort of maintenance of irradiator. 5 cl, 5 dwg
