FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has static frequency converter connected with primary winding of high-voltage transformer, whose secondary transformer is adapted for connection to inducer having two isolated electrodes. Seeds of different crops are exposed to treatment in zone defined between these electrodes. Seed treatment may be provided in static i.e. delayed action mode, when gate is closed and seeds are in chamber between electrodes, as well as in dynamic action mode, i.e. treatment of flowing seeds. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
