FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a work chamber (6), power source (1) and HV pulse source (2). To the work chamber the following is connected: sensors of current (5), voltage (7) and movement speed (10), discharge block (8) comprising transistor and resistor, regulator (9) of work chamber inclination and gear (11) regulating electrodes spacing. Chamber (6) contains odd number of electrodes, at least three potential and earth electrodes, and has shutter. Electrodes are presented by metal plates parallel to each other. Electrodes are connected to outputs of HV pulse source (2) with different polarity. To the voltage source (2) the following is connected: power source (1), control unit (3) and transistor switch (4). To the control unit (3) the following is connected: switch (4), sensors of current (5), voltage (7) and movement speed (10), discharge unit (8) and electric drive of drum conveyor (12). The switch (4) is connected with current sensor (5). The conveyor (12) is connected with speed sensor (10).

EFFECT: increased quality of grains treatment.
