FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical preparations for rectal administration. Rectal suppositorium has, g per one suppositorium: propolis 0.09, not less; accessory substances - polyethylene oxide (molecular mass is 4 000 Da) 0.3-0.5 and preserving agent 0.008-0.01 and water-soluble base - the rest also. As a water-soluble base suppositorium has polyethylene oxide base, in part, polyethylene oxide (molecular mass is 4 000 Da) or a mixture of polyethylene oxides (molecular mass is 1 500 and 4 000 Da). Suppositoria of the new composition are used for treatment of patients with proctological sicknesses and provide an anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effect.
