FIELD: autoimmune diseases. SUBSTANCE: depending on nature and gravity of condition, sodium salt of DNA in single dose 0.5-4.0 mg/kg is parenterally administered once every fourth day in combination with administration (subcutaneously, intramuscularly, or intravenously) of human alpha-fetoprotein in single dose 500 to 5000 un/kg 1-2 times daily. Duration of treatment varies from 14 to 30 days. The two preparations can be applied together in one syringe. EFFECT: enhanced treatment efficiency and prolonged average remission term. 2 cl, 7 ex
