FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to parasitology, and can be applied in treatment of chronic opisthorchiasises in patients with chronic autoimmune thyroiditis. For this purpose after dehelmintisation by biltricid introduced is 0.005% solution of immunophane in dose 1 ml intramuscularly, 5 injections, every second day, and further introduction is continued in dose 1 ml 2 times per week, 5 injections.
EFFECT: method provides effective treatment with reduction of its terms, reduction of number of complications and obtaining stable extended therapeutic effect by enhancement of antioxidant protection of organism by stimulation of ceruloplasmine, lactopherine production and catalase activity, as well as inhibition of decomposition of cellular membrane phospholipids and synthesis of arachidonic acid with following reduction of cholesterol level in blood, production of inflammation mediators.
