FIELD: vehicle for moving in medium to investigate non-traditional motion under buoyancy conditions. SUBSTANCE: machine has floatable base, movable members and mechanism for moving these members relative to base, which are mounted on base. Moving mechanism has horizontal large gear mounted on column and average-size gear disposed in center of large gear on bearing, plank fixed on average-size gear and adapted to carry electric engine secured on one end of plank. Electric engine is connected through small gear to large gear. Balancing load is fixed on other end of plank. Moving mechanism is further provided with contact system for supplying current to electric engine. Vehicle for moving in medium has platform carrying column which is fixed in offset position relative to platform center. Shaft is positioned on large gear in offset relation to center and adapted for carrying flywheel with gear engageable with average-size gear. Contact system is positioned centrally of large gear.
