FIELD: methods and units for pouring microbiologically sensitive liquids, low-acid foodstuff for example.
SUBSTANCE: proposed collector system is designed for hygienic delivery of microbiologically sensitive liquid from detachable container which has connecting end part and distributing unit. System includes connecting mechanism for coupling the connecting end part and unit for feeding the cleansing or flushing liquid inside connecting end part. Proposed system excludes growth of microorganisms in liquid pouring line and in mechanical members of distributing unit which are in contact with liquid.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; avoidance of growth of microorganisms in liquid lines and associated mechanisms.
