FIELD: aircraft and ceramic branches of industry, applicable in production of ceramic nose cones of high-speed flight vehicles. SUBSTANCE: the device comprises a die with a composition gypsum layer, core with a detachable flange and moulding rod, guide columns, lock-nuts. Threaded rods with heads are screwed in the core flange, they pass through the through holes of the bearing flange and are engageable with the shaped slots of the rotary washer. A pouring union is connected to the die lower flange for slip feeding, and make-up vessel are attached to the disk from the top. For application of gypsum layer a detachable sealing shell is secured on the outer surface of the die, a provision is made for a pipe union. EFFECT: production of work with an equal wall thickness in any cross-section due to precise aligned installation of the die and core. 1 dwg
