SUBSTANCE: device comprises perforated housing with a water proof layer, passive core composed of bearing flange with centering rod and molding cone, make-up vessels, and filling branch pipe. The top section of the housing is provided with casing, and the outer side of the molding cone is provided with a ring demountable insert that is mounted for permitting axial movement with respect to the cone.
EFFECT: simplified design.
