FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: information from detection-and-ranging transmitter and bearing transmitter concerning spatial position of objects is supplied to dangerous object detection unit to inputs of standard image file forming units. Commands are generated in correlation processing units by which coordinates of dangerous object are determined in dangerous object detection unit. Microscanning unit is rigidly coupled with scanner unit and with destruction unit with possibility of two-coordinate angular displacement relative to scanner unit. Command is formed in maneuver parameters calculation unit and is transmitted to acceleration and braking actuating mechanism. Warning command is generated by signalling unit. Command is generated in destruction decision unit and laser or ultrasonic destruction signal is supplied in direction of dangerous object. EFFECT: increased active safety distance, enlarged operating capabilities of system, provision of simultaneous maneuvering and protection of driver, passengers and guards from attack of terrorists. 2 cl, 2 dwg
