FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a composition for cable shell consisting of multimodal mixture of olefinic polymers. Mixture is a multimodal mixture of olefinic polymers, ethyleneplasts or propyleneplasts obtained by polymerization of at least a single α-olefine for some stages and having density about 0.915-0.955 g/cm3, rate of melt flow is about 0.1-3.0 g/10 min. Indicated mixture of olefin polymers has at least the first and the second olefin polymer being the first one has a density and a rate of melt flow taken among: a) about 0.930-0.975 g/cm3 and about 50-1 000 g/10 min and b) about 0.88-0.93 g/cm3 and about 0.1-0.8 g/10 min.
