FIELD: laser printing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a polyolefin composition. Disclosed is a polyolefin composition for use as an outer layer of a cable, where the polyolefin composition contains a multimodal olefin copolymer and carbon black and a UV agent (UV - ultraviolet); where the multimodal olefin copolymer has a density of 0.915-0.960 g / cm3, MFR2 (MFR2 is the melt flow rate measured under a load of 2.16 kg) 0.1-10 g / 10 min, where carbon black in the polyolefin composition is present in an amount of 0, 25-1 wt%, and wherein the polyolefin composition has a shrinkage of 1% or less.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at enhancing physical properties of the polyolefin composition such as high flexibility, low shrinkage, high environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) combined with printability by laser irradiation.
