FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves calculating operation risk scores using clinical, anamnesis and laboratory risk factor scale (clinical scale) with additionally determined risk degree in scores using immunologic and metabolic risk factors (pathogenesis scale). Risk being comparable on both scales, predictive conclusions are to be drawn. Risk degrees being equal in both scales, prediction accuracy rises. Risk degree being high in any of the scales, unfavorable outcome conclusion is to be drawn. Greater risk in one scale and low risk in the other one being the case, prediction is like to be favorable. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prediction. 1 dwg, 7 tbl
