FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the purpose of predicting early postoperative (for the first 6 postoperative days) complications in the patients following coronary artery bypass graft surgery, which can be presented in the form of organ dysfunctions. According to the method, 25-35 minutes after the bypass has been started, blood pressure, central venous pressure, oxygen partial pressure in venous arterial blood, blood lactate concentration, and packed cell volume are measured, as well as the bypass and aortic compression time are measured, once the bypass procedure has been completed. The measured values are analysed by means of neural-network software pre-taught to construct the prognoses of the postoperative risk of organ dysfunctions with the use of the measured values and existing clinical data if any early postoperative organ dysfunctions are observed. The analysis results are used to conclude if any risk of the complications exists.
EFFECT: method enables obtaining the prognosis results, including during the coronary artery bypass graft surgery directly, once the bypass procedure has been completed.
