SUBSTANCE: two channels incorporating lens, photoconverter, key, analog register, subtracter and integrator determine fact of presence of moving image against permanent background. Comparator, delay unit, third subtracter, coincidence unit, amplifier-limiter, inverter, standard pulse transmitter, pulse counter and speed indicator compute speed of moving vehicle by difference in time of appearance of moving image in two channels.
