FIELD: advertising. SUBSTANCE: system to disseminate visual message is intended for dissemination of advertising or other messages with the use of selective radio call network in indoor rooms of transport structures where people move with the aid of running ways. System has at least one device for visual presentation of messages controlled remotely over selective radio call network fitted with indication panel, receiver of selective call and aid converting messages received by receiver of selective radio call to messages presented on indication panel. System incorporates central terminal of selective radio call network, one transmitter of selective radio call network as minimum coupled to it, central station to receive messages, aid to enter these messages into central terminal of selective radio call network. Remotely controlled device for visual presentation of messages is located in zone of reception of signals of transmitter of selective radio call network inside transport structure designed for movement of people with the use of running ways. This device is connected with the help of relaying communication channel with at least one device for visual presentation of relayed messages located inside transport structure and fitted with indication panel, input unit to receive relayed messages and aid to convert relayed messages to messages presented on indication panel.
