FIELD: information and advertising equipment. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for providing visual information to persons that move inside transport building using moving tracks. Device has at least one device for visual displaying of messages, which are transmitted using paging radio call system. Said device has indication board, paging radio receiver, and unit for converting message signals received by paging radio receiver into messages, which are displayed on indication board. In addition, system has central terminal of paging radio network, at least one paging radio network transmitter, which is connected to said central terminal, central station for reading messages, as well as unit for inputting said messages into central terminal of paging radio network. Device for visual displaying of messages is located inside transport building, which is equipped with means for movement of persons by means of moving tracks, which are located in said building. Said device is connected to moving tracks control center by means of additional information channel, which has unit for interruption of messages, which are displayed on indication board and are received by means of paging radio receiver. In addition, it has unit for converting of control message signals, which are transmitted through information channel, into messages, which are displayed on indication board.
