SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hermetically sealed heat-insulating enclosure 1, salt panels 2, food product storage box 3, air preparing box 4, conditioner 5, blower 6, perforated floor 7, filter-saturator 8, air supply channel 9, air discharge openings 10, horizontal platform 11, vessel 12 for accommodating objects to be kept, air supply branch pipe 13 and air discharge branch pipe 14. Filter-saturator 8 has layer of ground salt rock. Vessel 12 is made air-permeable. Platform 11 is spaced from floor 7, salt panels 2 and box 3, with space between platform 11 and floor 7 being equal to: h ≥ max. , m, and space between platform 11 and side walls with salt panels 2 of box 3 being at least ≥ 0.1L, m. Apparatus provides prolonged storage of products due to placing them in medium with predetermined thermodynamic parameters (temperature, relative humidity, flow rate), as well as due to permanent contact of products with air saturated with electrically charged salt clathrates produced in climatic chamber.
