FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves implanting two endo-expanders in the future pedicle area in mesoepigastric zone. Operation wound being healed, skin is gradually stretched with physiological salt solution pumped into the endo-expanders. Two parallel incisions are made and Filatov tubed pedicle is formed. Encapsulated endo-expanders are not removed and capsule is not opened in forming Filatov tubed pedicle. Donor area is covered with reserved skin material. Operation wound being healed, Filatov tubed pedicle is stretched with 10-20 ml of physiological salt solution being pumped into every endo-expander with 1-3 days long time interval. The endo-expanders are removed at the moment skin cover defect is substituted with pedicle form flap. EFFECT: increased area of full-valued skin cover. 3 dwg
