SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out thermovision survey of Filatov's stalk and adjacent intact parts of skin to evaluate the drop of temperatures between them. Then comes stalk's training: one should apply a clamp with atraumatic branches onto the crus for the period of 1 h. The repeated thermovision survey should be conducted by the moment of test ending by not removing the clamp from the crus to evaluate the drop of temperatures between the same parts, and if the difference of drop values obtained initially and during repeated survey are positive or does not exceed -1.5°C one should state upon sufficient circulation from recipient part to cross the crus. The innovation is simpler, it could be applied for multiple usage at no contraindications for its implementation.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection.
