FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves attaching lavsan ribbon to coracoid process of the scapula after cutting a clavicle and making its skeletization. Acromion and the corresponding clavicle region are rounded crossing lavsan ribbon segments and producing two narrow vertical canals in the clavicle in the vicinity of the cross intersection point. Ligatures are brought through the canals. The lavsan ribbon is fixed with transperiosteal sutures at the intersection point. EFFECT: full-scale repair of articulation; prevented osteoarthrosis recurrence. 4 dwg
