FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology. Dislocation is reduced, after which in sagittal projection of distal part of clavicle and acromion, in middle zone of said anatomical structures linear operation access is made, canal is formed transacriomially intramedularly into clavicle to its physiological curvature. Through canal spiral, with proximal fixing holes, metal rod with square section, congruently adjoining acromion and clavicle is introduced, after which ligaments of acromial end of clavicle are restored, sewn with two threads in opposite direction in Z-shaped manner. Their integrity is restored by sewing in anatomically correct position, by application of sutures on affected periosteum, proximal rod end being fixed with synthetic thread through two holes in rod, by opposite sewing of each end of thread of acromion periosteum and tying ends in knot.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to achieve reliable treatment results, has smaller zone of affection of soft tissues, does not require traumatic operative access, is low-invasive and cheap in implementation.
