FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making linear skin incision along upper acromion, articulation and clavicle surface. Fascial cellular tissue layers are moved aside. The acromion and clavicle are drilled near articulation capsule boundary in skewed crossed directions relative to longitudinal clavicle axis. Lavsan ribbon or flat prosthesis are first arranged around the clavicle in forming knot, and then it is conducted and brought outside from the clavicle some distance far from articulation capsule. Next, it is placed on the capsule and intraosseously brought through in acromion, making exit near the base, the ends are stretched and tied together. The acromio-clavicular articulation is wrapped with Lavsan gauze suturing its edges with Lavsan threads to ribbon-type prosthesis and soft tissues. The second extraosseously arranged branch is formed from free ends of the ribbon-type prosthesis to cover the meshed prosthesis from above. Then knot is made on external acromion surface.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; accelerated rehabilitation course.
