SUBSTANCE: method is realized due to energy of action of physico-chemical factors (acoustic vibration, magnetic, electromagnetic effects) which purposefully change permeability of polymer membranes for respiratory gases as a result of change of physico- chemical properties of polymer membrane itself. Device for mass exchange realizing the claimed method consists of body with chambers for blood and gas separated by semipermeable membranes, systems of inputs and outputs, two covers, acoustic radiators and electromagnets.
