FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: effects performed on cell suspension modulated ultrasonic wave with a carrier frequency of 0.88 MHz, the intensity range 0.4-0.7 W/cm2 and modulation frequency 21-50 Hz for 15-20 s under the direction of action on the cytoplasmic membrane enucleated cell size 4-8 microns, and simultaneously on the CPU and the nucleus of nucleated cells 5-17 micron size. Also affecting the intensity of 0.05 W/cm2, the modulation frequency of 700-800 Hz for 30-45 sec at selected as target nuclei of 5-17 microns - cells containing core, and within 10-45 s - CPU enucleated cell size to 4 microns. Then prepare smears, stained with dyes differential and analyze the morphological status of the cells. For cell staining in blue top deformation, change in cell size, and a change of the permeability of the CPU, morphological changes: the degree of deformation or changes in nuclear structure, nuclear lysis or destruction nuclei, - determining the presence and adjust the direction and depth of the effect of acoustic feedback; evaluate individual system repair cells, the growth and reproduction of the target cells, activity of intracellular and membrane-bound enzymes.

EFFECT: invention allows purposefully change the permeability of the cytoplasmic or nuclear membrane, adjust the depth effect of the acoustic impact on the cells of animal tissues.
