FIELD: film apparatuses used in realization of various heat-transfer processes (absorption, condensation, etc), as well as in rectification processes. SUBSTANCE: the regular packing comprises members arranged in height of the apparatus, each of the members has a set of corrugated plates of nonmetal material of a sieve structure on the basis of multiple-filament fibres forming the sieve cells, and matrices installed in parallel with the longitudinal axis of the apparatus, with corrugations in the adjacent plates positioned at angle α relative to each other. The plates are interconnected in the places of contact at the corrugation vertices with formation of passages and have alternating bulges and grooves formed at fibre weaves. The pack is manufactured as follows. Cloth of multiple-filament ceramic fibres is impregnated with binder and dried up until prepreg is obtained, then the cloth is passed in the clearance between the toothed rollers at an angle of 90 deg. or α/2 to them, where α is the angle between the directions. The formed corrugated sheet is cut into blanks at angle 90°-α/2 to the direction of cloth passage. Then, the blanks-plate are gathered in a pack at a cross direction of corrugations with simultaneous application of glue in the points of contact. After that the pack material is subjected to final moulding with simultaneous interconnection of corrugated sheets by thermal treatment.
