FIELD: manufacture of prefabricated structures from carbon/carbon composite materials; applicable in metallurgical industry, for instance, for manufacture of crucibles for casting and melting, bowls, electrodes, etc. SUBSTANCE: product parts are formed of carbon fibers and densified with carbon and connected by laying between joined surfaces of product parts of fibrous material, its densification and final densification of joined parts with carbon. One part of product is densified with carbon, and hollow is made on this part surface to be joined with product other parts. Fibrous material is laid into made hollow. To form the other parts of product and join them with the densified part, use is made of shape-forming mandrel installed for contact with densified part of product. In forming of subsequent parts of product, fibrous material laid in hollow of densified part is joined with nondensified material of formed part by fastening with the help of carbon thread. Densification and final densification of separate parts of product are carried out with pyrocarbon at available temperature gradient. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
