SUBSTANCE: composition contains alpha-aluminum oxide particles with ratio of shortest diameter to longest diameter 0.3 to 1 and D90/D10 ratio no higher than 5, where D10 and D90 represent, respectively, integrated 10% diameter and integrated 90% diameter of integrated distribution, or alpha-aluminum oxide polyhedron-shaped particles with D/H ratio from 0.5 to 3.0, where D is largest particle diameter parallel to hexagonal plane of hexagonal close-packed crystal lattice of alpha-aluminum oxide and H is largest particle diameter perpendicular tp that plane, and D90/D10 ratio the same as above.
