FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: said composition contains alpha -alumina particles in a narrow range of 0.7-3 mcm with an average particle size of 1.54 mcm, which allows to achieve an equicrystalline structure with a high density, sufficient strength and the necessary electrical insulating properties to ceramic substrates of the integrated microcircuits of microwave range. For 100 wp of alpha-alumina, 0.2-0.3 wp of MgO, 43-45 wp of a solvent are introduced: a mixture of nefras with acetone or solvent EXX SOLDSP with acetone, 3.5-5.5 wp of butadiene-nitrile carboxylate rubber and 0.9-1.2 wp of dibutyl phthalate. From the resulting slip, a ceramic film is formed of a predetermined thickness, dried, a stack of layers is formed, compacted in rollers. From the produced stack of layers, blanks of a given size are cut, the binder is removed, baked until sintering under vacuum at a final temperature of 1850°C. Burned products are processed to a high degree of surface cleanliness. The use of the carboxylate rubber solution as a temporary technological binder ensures the accuracy of the recurrence of the obtained characteristics, which exclude the appearance of anisotropy and warping of the substrates.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the use range of alumina powders with a high composition content, which significantly affects the cost reduction of the resulting ceramic material.
