SUBSTANCE: concentrate in the form of particles of olefin polymer selected from group including homopolymers or copolymers of olefins with general formula RCH = CH2, in which R is hydrogen, C1-C8-alkyl, or aryl, or their mixtures, said particles being coated on their surface and inside by mixture of additives, in particular, including from 0.05 to 30%, based on the total weight of concentrate, of one or more vinyl monomers selected from group including unsaturated cyclic anhydrides and their aliphatic diesters or their diacid derivatives, provided that said vinyl monomers are non-polymerizable when they are mixed with said olefin polymer particles at temperature 50 to 70 C in presence of free radical initiator inactive at temperatures below or equal to 70 C.
