FIELD: olefin polymer may be used as additive improving compatibility of usually incompatible polymer mixtures or alloys. SUBSTANCE: grafted olefin polymer as particles is prepared by radical graft polymerization vinyl monomer (its quantity being 10-70 mass) with freshly prepared olefin polymer being chosen of polypropylene and/or ethylene-propylene copolymer (content ethylene in it is 4-8 mass %). Vinyl monomer is chosen of group comprising butyl methacrylate, butylacrylate, benzylmethacrylate, phenylethyl methacrylate, phenoxyethyl methacrylate, styrene their mixture with α-methyl styrene or maleic anhydride. Area surface of particles of polymer is not less than 0.1 m2/g, their average weight diameter is 0.4-0.7 mm, degree of porosity is not less than 0,07, diameter of more than 40 % of pores is more than 1 mcm. EFFECT: improved compatibility. 3 cl, 11 tbl, 2 dwg
