Composition contains agglomerates of at least two chemically and/or physically different materials in the form of specified-size particles essentially free of organic and/or inorganic binders. Including materials having favorable therapeutic effect on teeth and gums, such as zinc citrate, has advantage of making material release from agglomerates thereby ensuring supply of material for prolonged time.
