FIELD: wine making and food industry. SUBSTANCE: installation is comprised of a container for sulfitized juice with successively-connected heating and spraying means, a cyclone with a cooler, a container with a reagent connected with said cooler in gas phase through ejector. Said ejector is installed in upper part of container with reagent, said container being cut into recirculating loop through pump with ejector in liquid phase and with the cyclone inlet in the gas phase. Installation also has container for desulfurized juice connected with cyclone liquid phase outlet. The heating and spraying means comprises a source of ultrasound with a rod concentrator of longitudinal vibrations, and a means for delivery of sulfitized juice to its end surface, while the cooler is a gas-dynamic siren installed directly at cyclone inlet.
