FIELD: bank apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: the device comprises a great number of pairs of rollers shifted in the lateral direction relative to one another, located essentially opposite one another for advance of a sheet of paper between the rollers of the pair in engagement with them in the first direction, essentially perpendicular to the lateral direction. The rollers determine the first moving surfaces engageable with the first side of the sheet of paper and the second moving surfaces engageable with the other side of the sheet of paper. One of the rollers in each pair comprises a peripheral plane zone. The peripheral plane zones form the releasing mechanism used to release the sheet of paper from engagement with pairs successively at its advance in the first direction, and for its advance after release in the lateral direction between the released pair by release of lateral forces in the sheet of paper. This release of the sheet occurs at location of the peripheral bend of this pair adjacently with paper. EFFECT: reduced skewing, cocklings and folds at advance of paper through the device. 17 cl, 15 dwg
