FIELD: banking equipment. SUBSTANCE: system has device for printing signs on paper conveyed along paper path by cooperation of paper with drive mechanism. Paper sheets are supplied by drive mechanism to feeding zone including part for gripping paper sheet conveying device. The latter removes paper sheets from feeding zone. Cutter is positioned at paper conveying path so as to perform selective cutting of sheets. Sensor is positioned in front of cutter at paper conveying path. Controller is connected to sensor and cutter and controls operation of cutter so that paper is cut for producing form sheet upon printing of signs on some part of paper. When sensor identifies approach of paper end, controller stops cutter. Such construction allows production of forms having length insufficient for adequate handling of these forms by drive mechanism or handling device to be avoided.
