FIELD: aviation and vehicles on static and dynamic air cushions. SUBSTANCE: air from power air blower plant is directed into heaving channel which is formed in power part of vehicle body displacement part. Channel is made with U-shaped cross section, and body displacement part in zone of side walls of this channel plays the part of skegs. Device for implementing this method has above indicated rotary plant in vehicle nose part. Heaving channel is open at nose part, is arranged longitudinal and is provided with hinge-mounted flap in its end part. Wing-in-ground-effect craft with such device has fuselage, wing and vertical and horizontal tails. Heaving channel of such craft is formed by cutout in displacement part of fuselage to make side walls of channels play the part of skegs, and flap plays the part of guard. Power plant can be made in form of rotary thrust fans with variable or constant pitch blades. EFFECT: increased efficiency of use of air stream built by power plant and provision of complete off-loading of vehicle at zero translational speed and adjustment of thrust by deflection of flap. 17 cl, 4 dwg
