SUBSTANCE: composition for demulsifying, dehydrating, and desalting water-oil emulsions contain organic solvent with 55-65 wt % of mixture of (i) oxyalkylenated ethylenediamine with number of propylene oxide units 60-61 and ethylene oxide units 27-28 and (ii) oxyalkylenated alkylphenol compound, in particular, oxyethylenated isononylphenol-formaldehyde resin with general formula:
